The bank should be connected to the internet to prevent time hacks. Real money (or bucks) could be used to increase the interest rate. Also, virtual bank could be used to invest views in to help unlock higher level items, and the bank levels up with you as well. The AI will function when you are idle and you can give it specific commands, including what time should it start and end working. AI could be payed for to run your channel or parts of your channel to progress your channel and unlock quests.
Other currencies should be used instead of bucks, so views, subscribers and eggs can be used to purchase. It is ridiculous making collectable virtual items worth a good amount of money, (£5 or more than £5) especially in the events.
